Default LAVARDIN LECONTOURE STABILE 210 SPEAKERS For sale

    LAVARDIN LECONTOURE STABILE 210 SPEAKERS.
Understated speakers that can surprise. Match with Lavardin amps for great results, though they work well with good quality equipment. Rear mounted bass unit. Lovely cabinet with WAF! Have a lovely warm detailed sound without needing to impress with brash sounds. Lovely detailed 'real life' sound.
Originally £11500. To Fishers/Artists of Sound; £4750 or offers
Unusually they have an 8 inch (though in cms, being French!) mid/bass unit, so this covers part of the bass frequencies, but it seems they don’t follow the norm here, but it works well. Playing Bob Marley this morning I got all the bass plus bass drum perfectly.
The sound seems undramatic, but you realise it somehow shows you all the music in an untroubled easy way. Great imagery.
Lavardin owners seem rarely to part with their equipment, which must show it works?
Located in Bristol; have boxes, can Courier, probably by Pallet
    pics shortly,courtesy Lawrence, a gent!(Hidalgo, in Spanish!)

''The Lavardin IT integrated amplifier produces the least artistic distortion of any amplifier I’ve ever heard in the 36 years I’ve been involved with audio. It offers unparalleled understanding and insight into every kind of music, regardless of that music’s ultimate merit. It completely eliminates any barriers to the musical message caused by the amplification process, opening the listener to the true quality of the music. The music simply appears, naked and direct. The IT is a rare and exceptional achievement.'
Applies equally to the speaker-Lavardin like to consider their equipment as a whole.'

Bump. Playing Bizet 'Carmen' by Los Romeros, as I type.
Lovely guitar tone on these speakers - as folk who know me know, I like guitar music.

ou might slip, you might slide, you might
Stumble and fall by the road side
But don't you ever let nobody drag your spirit down
Remember you're walking up to heaven

Don't let nobody turn you around
… Walk with the rich, walk with the poor
Learn from everyone, that's what life is for
And don't you let nobody drag your spirit down
