    I'm Richard.

    Default Hello

Im replacing damaged bearings on a Technics 1200-1210 turntable. the problem i am having is the replacement MR2ZZ doesnt quite fit in the hole.

im looking to get a 150mm digital caliper to measuring the hole where the bearing should fit and get another bearing from somewhere.

not sure how to go about this tbh as i may need a custom bearing?

the other option would be to make the hole bigger somehow.

Please introduce yourself Richard. Why not tell us a bit about your interests, Hi-Fi and music likes, etc.

The place to ask about your turntable would be the Techipedia part of our Analogue Arts section.

    Enjoy the forum,
    Geoff.
It is impossible for anything digital to sound analogue, because it isn't analogue!
