Had a few sessions with them now, Grant had changed the settings on the rear switch to what i had heard previously.

They sound superb, real house sound with Colins speakers-very 57 like!

Brian popped in today and had a quick look....his good lady was less than impressed with three sets of speakers ( all Colins) in one listening room.

    Delighted to house them.

Was sorely tempted with the Pathos....my son reminded me divorce was a viable option on grounds of unreasonable behaviour!!!

They are perfect.

The impact, control, delicacy, soundstage, balance, neutrality and sheer musicality are utterly outstanding.

    Still stand by this statement??

Yes I do. A staggering combo that I've only heard bettered a couple of times; and those were some seriously top notch systems.

Unfortunately I simply don't have the space to enjoy it at my forthcoming house. Sometimes life just gets in the way.

But I can assure you that my hands are very much warm and alive.

Oh good people are always ripping the p1ss out of me when I say I've found my final pair of speakers, so I thought I would say something myself. Maybe not fair to pick on you though as you've never said anything to me!!

I stand by my words. When I eventually get back to a big system, I'll be looking for Edingdales again.
