    edit: your post inspired me to have a look at the outside thermometer - 34c in the shade, currently about 25c in living room (and nice blast from the fan), so I will be staying indoors until this evening

    Well it's raining slightly and a bit less hot, but very clammy. The dog has discovered my air-cooler and is sitting in front of it!
