Decided to get one of these to keep our bedroom cool during these hot nights: https://evapolar.com/en/evalight/
Result? Absolutely brilliant! I have it 'trained' on my face. It's like having a lovely gentle cool breeze accompanying you all night, plus it takes the dryness/stuffiness out of the air and improves air quality accordingly, making breathing easier in stuffy conditions. Runs near-silently, too!
It's made a massive difference, so should be able to get a decent night's sleep now without having to kip outsideHighly recommended if, like me, you suffer at night in bed during the hot weather.
Tomorrow will be a big test though, as it's set to be an utter scorcher!!
