Default Wtd: Turntable and pre for beginner to vinyl

Listening to a bit of Cream today and then realised it used to be on of my fave albums as a kid and that the LP must be in a loft somewhere…

Nostalgia and wanting a little digital detox is making me want to try vinyl as I myself get a little older. Currently running a some Neat Iotas with a Bel Canto Power. Anyone got anything that would pair nicely for a rank amateur?

Might help if you give an idea of budget.

(I'm with you on the Cream thing, brilliant! )
It is impossible for anything digital to sound analogue, because it isn't analogue!

I've got a Tisbury Domino phonostage, 3 months old and hardly used up for sale shortly when my new amp with built in phonostage arrives. £125 delivered if you are interested.

Think this would be nice with a large portion of Fresh Cream
