Last week I downloaded Irvine Welsh's "Marabou Stork Nightmares" to my Kindle, so will be next read. Although I did read it about 25 years ago. Might re-learn some dialect there, Mr Welsh writes that way. Mostly around Leith iirc, so more Grant's end of the country I assume.
