    Default DAB/FM Tuner recommendations

    Hello
Listening to Radio 6 and Radio3 is my main musical pleasure and had an old Nad C445 which I have been very pleased with but given up the ghost , could get it fixed but fancy something else. Is there something special I should be looking out for have considered a Musical Fidelity A5 but not sure on the aerial requirements and look .
    Thanks
    Simon

I've been using one of these for five years and it's excellent. Not sure how much you want to spend, but they always come up on eBay for around £30-70.

    I have one of these - https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/133743415...Cclp%3A2334524 - SONY ST-D777ES - and one of these - https://www.ebay-kleinanzeigen.de/s-...2386889-172-20

I particularly like the TX55 - though it's FM only, but both are good. There are others. Sometimes tuners like this appear for sale for under £50. It is important to get a good aerial for tuners like this - but with good aerials they can deliver very pleasant sound.

I like the look of that Paul, wouldn't mind one myself. One question: could I connect my Sky Q or telly to it via optical and from there to my amp? That would be handy

    Hi
Thanks for all the suggestions so far, will keep an eye out , I have a lovely old Bryan tuner I can use for radio3 and can manage with radio6 plugged into the aux but both are not perfect solutions.
    Cheers
    Simon
