    We've gone back to the beginning and downloaded series 1. Surprised me to find we never saw that one.

    Andrew, of course the coppers seem young, that's a sign that you're getting older

    The first three series are where it's at, after which it goes progressively downhill, with a brief highpoint in Series 5, with the appearance of the Scouse chap (I forget his name), who's a really good actor and played his part well
