Are the NewClassD regs linear? (Bit of a saft name for linear regs IMO)

What D/A chip is used in the PS Audio?
I love Hendrix for so many reasons. He was so much more than just a blues guitarist - he played damn well any kind of guitar he wanted. In fact I'm not sure if he even played the guitar - he played music. - Stevie Ray Vaughan

I did not swap out the LM317 in the PS, only the 78XX’s and 79XX. Jolida is 78XX.

Details on the Mk1 in the link at HiFi Collective and the Mk2 at NewClassD’s website.

    Chip is Burr Brown 1798.

Over the years that Open Door has been selling his wonderful upgraded DACs, has anyone ever been disappointed...? I’ve had a few of them over the years. Capacitor swopping as Rob made ever better discoveries and learning with him what a huge difference deft and sensitive component changes can make. 6 months ago I finally found something better than my latest DAC from Rob. But it cost 6 times as much. And it wasn’t so very different. I could easily have gone back. So... buy with total confidence. Robert has exceptional ears and skills. Moreover, he’s a thoroughly good bloke.

still got 2 of them and they are not going anywhere yet
ou might slip, you might slide, you might
Stumble and fall by the road side
But don't you ever let nobody drag your spirit down
Remember you're walking up to heaven

Don't let nobody turn you around
… Walk with the rich, walk with the poor
Learn from everyone, that's what life is for
And don't you let nobody drag your spirit down
