Our 40% chance of snow later in the week has now been downgraded to 0% chance.

Which means we should almost certainly get some.

    Me too! As I worked....................in 2009. I think it was a Tuesday.

I would have liked to get out on the Fireblade as it is now serviced, road legal and ready to go (although I'm still too fat for my leather pants). But the garden thermometer keeps saying three degrees every time I check And I'm not riding in those temperatures, I'm past all that nonsense.
Are those the ones you showed me with fart-gas/stool disposal flaps on the arse cheeks? Novel idea, that. If you cut back on the Chinese takeaways, it might help your fat arse fit into them

But I remember all too well the snot-fest of riding motorbikes in freezing cold weather! I think I still have the rather gluey remnants of some stuck to an old helmet I sometimes polish.

Yes, you realised at an early age that you weren't built for hard graft - plain to see when looking at your hands, which are smooth as a baby's bum. Which I do appreciate, especially when a liberal splash of baby oil is applied

Snow here, lots of it. Piling up in the garden, and then melting again. Then more, then melt.

    Weird weather indeed!

Oh my god! There's nothing wrong with the bidet is there?

“Nothing discloses real character like the use of power. It is easy for the weak to be gentle. Most people can bear adversity. But if you wish to know what a man really is, give him power. This is the supreme test. It is the glory of Lincoln that, having almost absolute power, he never abused it, except on the side of mercy".

“You see these dictators on their pedestals, surrounded by the bayonets of their soldiers and the truncheons of their police ... yet in their hearts there is unspoken fear. They are afraid of words and thoughts: words spoken abroad, thoughts stirring at home -- all the more powerful because forbidden -- terrify them. A little mouse of thought appears in the room, and even the mightiest potentates are thrown into panic.”

"You don't have free will. You have the appearance of free will.”

“There's a war out there, old friend. A world war. And it's not about who's got the most bullets. It's about who controls the information. What we see and hear, how we work, what we think... it's all about the information!”
