If your room is a bit tricky, changing your speakers for ones with deeper bass may bring its own set of problems. Maybe try adding a decent sub (nothing too big, and quick enough to keep up with the music), which will enable you to tailor your bass. And it doesn't have to be intrusive - mine doubles as a handy pedestal for a rather ugly house plant, and at Christmas the tree goes on it A sub won't necessarily just give you deeper bass, it might change the way you hear the other frequencies
Others on here will know better than me, but I wonder if super tweeters could help with the top end?
This way you pretty much keep the original sound, which you seem to like. Try before you buy if possible.
