Cant go into glass 6 as the end of the pipe is blocked

Glass 3 will start to fill first, because the feed to that is the lowest of the outlets from glass 1, and will continue to fill because the outlets from it are blocked in one way or another.
However in order to fill glass 3 the level of beer in glass 1 has to be greater than the level of the outlet, so once the bottle has been emptied there will always be some beer in glass 1, just below the level of the outlet. Thus no glass gets FULL - the contents of the bottle are shared between glasses 1 and 3.

They should have shown a beer tap rather than a bottle; as Barry says there isn't enough beer in the bottle to fill any one glass the way they're arranged (assuming glasses & bottle are represented to scale).
