    Thank you for allowing me to join The Art of Sound , I look forward to being a part of the community.
    I live on the edge of Worcestershire , a mile or so from Longbridge the home of the Austin Mini.
    My first gig was on 12th September 1978 at the age of 14 - Birmingham Odeon - Spizz Energie , The Cure , Siouxsie and the Banshees. Went on to spend all my paper round money on gig tickets and consider myself very lucky to have seen some great bands over the following few years.
    Favourite live musicians of the time were Stuart Adamson , John Mc Geogh , Robert Smith , Andy Patridge.
    My biggest musical regret was not taking time to see Talk Talk whilst in Ibiza in 1986.
    First hi fi equipment bought from Frank Harvey in Coventry in 1980 Linn Axis Turntable , Arcam Alpha Amp and Tannoy Mercury Speakers.
    I have continued to make improvements to my system whenever possible and now enjoy the best components that I have been able to afford.
    I listen to all genres of music as often as possible.
    Music keeps us alive......
