Default WTD: ECC83 : not Chinese: not Russian : ideally a set of 3

Just bought a few from eBay, and found time to test today...and they are not much cop I'm afraid...I keep getting these whispers..."don't buy valves from eBay" but I never learn.

Need 3 ..either Mullard, Siemens, Valvo, Amperex, Brimar, Sylvania, GEC

I've got a pair of JJ & a pair of seimens sat here doing nowt. Used them in my Jolida but have since changed to Telefunken, even swapped the 81s in my Lector CDP7TL to TFKs as they are just wonderful.

Noticed the GE 5751s mentioned above. I'd say IME they offer pretty reasonable performance but not even close to several other 5751 types, obvious ones being Sylvania black plate 3 mica, Tung Sol or indeed the GE 5 star black plates. Also remember 5751s have lower gain than ecc83s
