Putting new flooring in my luton van, and the screws to keep the plywood down go straight into metal plate, some of them - many of them! Will not budge, even with wd40, any tips, this needs to be done asap or I have no floor!

As you're putting new flooring down I guess it doesn't matter what happens to the old, so just chisel out around the stuck screw heads to make room and use hefty mole grips to undo them.
It is impossible for anything digital to sound analogue, because it isn't analogue!

grind them off flush if worst happens. thats once you get the wood up.. you might be able to cold chisel them off wood or as geoff says mole grips might shift them too.
ive done it befor so it will come off,, but can be messy

Thanks Gents, all the ply is up, as someone said chisel around it, not too hard. Still about 20 screws stuck, in metal plate, should come off fairly easy now ply is up.
