Default Superb customer service from Croft Acoustics

Just had to flag my superb experience.
Last Sunday one of my Croft 7 monoblocks developed a fault. I emailed Glenn - he replied first thing Monday morning asking me to send it to him which I did the same day. It arrived back today all fixed and no charge! That's a 4 day turn around! Satisfied customer hardly covers it.
It's fairly rare to get such high quality hand made kit at the prices Glenn charges anyway but his after sales support is phenomenal.

Nice one Like a number here (perhaps yourself ?) I've gone down the upgrade path with GC, that you email/talk to the very chap who designs and makes the gear is something else. I've alluded to this previously probably, I appreciate it's not unique, but it's a rare thing. It certainly appeals to me in a mass market world.

Great to hear, Stephen... Glenn's proper 'old school', and one of the last remaining greats - a truly talented designer with a massive passion for audio, and a top bloke to boot

And your comment about a 'mass-market world' is SO spot on! Long live quality bespoke-made hi-fi equipment
