    Default Hi Everyone

Having just spent a little browsing this site, I am looking forward to spending too much time here in the future.

My system is relatively old, particularly my original turntable, which is a Technics SL D2, and still sounds good. This is used with a Naim Qute, Nap 100, into Spendor S5e.

Medium term plan is to upgrade the various units, so looking for advice from members here.

    Thanks

    Welcome to AoS Maxwell.

Nothing wrong with a "relatively old" system - some components in mine have remained unchaged for 45 years. Just call it "Vintage", or "Classic".

What are your tastes in music?

    Hello Maxwell. Welcome to AOS.

You don't see many SL-D2 turntables, it's a good unit and I've owned one myself.

It is impossible for anything digital to sound analogue, because it isn't analogue!
