    Default Hello

    Hello all,

Forum newbie here located on the coast of North Carolina, USA. I have restored my Sugden Connoisseur BD1 turntable purchased new in Winter Park, Fl in 1980. I’m working on getting the Mayware Formula IV MkIII tonearm that came with the TT back to original condition. It’s missing the counterweight and bias weight. I have it working fairly well using items found around the house.

My amps are NAD 3140 and NAD 2140 bridged. I also purchased the amps new at the same location as the turntable.

I listen mostly to music from the sixties and seventies. Rock on!

    Regards

    Jim

    Hello Jim. Welcome to AOS.

There are plenty of us who have owned the BD1, they're a good little turntable.

Join in the chat and get to know the members, they're a friendly bunch.

    Enjoy the forum,
    Geoff.
It is impossible for anything digital to sound analogue, because it isn't analogue!
