Hi all,

I recently purchased a pair of Tannoy IIILZs for my Quad II setup. Are there any stands, or even preferably, homemade options you might recommend for this speaker? They don't need to be raised much as I have quite a low listening position, so I was thinking of making some basic short stands w/ a teak top and legs (about 6" I guess at most). Alternatively, I could put them on a block of something heavy but wasn't sure what might be best option sound wise. They are of course known for being a little light on bass (although this doesn't appear particularly prevalent to my ears - and they have replaced very large Wharfedale Teesdale's), so perhaps an option that might address this issue could be good.

Thanks for any opinions forthcoming.
