    I'm chalky.

    Default Ahoy there.

Hello one and all. My name's chalky (after my deceased cat) and I am a devilishly handsome ex-underwater welder.

I have little to no experience of quality hifi, but I'd like to learn. All I have are a couple of B&W 685s, a Marantz PM6003 amp and a Pioneer PL300X TT, so as you can see, I am just trying to get started, listening to, amongst others, Medical Records, Bowie, Butthole Surfers, Prince and Kate Bush.

The game is afoot, wish me well..

    Hi Chalky. Welcome to AOS.

I'm sure our members can help with advice and opinions, just post any questions you may have in the appropriate section. Have a look around and you'll see there are areas for every aspect of Hi-Fi.

If you want to be called Chalky that's fine, just put that in your signature, but please enter a real name in your profile so we know who you are. Ta.

Feel free to join in the fun.

    Enjoy the forum,
    Geoff.
It is impossible for anything digital to sound analogue, because it isn't analogue!
