    First attempt...Dutch Oven loaf of bread...didn't even know I had a Dutch oven...thought it was just a cast iron cooking pot....baked in the pre-heated pot at 230c...30 mins lid on...10 mins lid off..sprayed with cold water..when I put it back in for the last 10mins...Oh..slashed it with a scalpel blade..

    I made a pig of myself last night...It's that tasty, I scoffed half of it....lovely and crusty..and super soft...impressive way to bake bread...I'll be doing this again

    Honey and butter bread rolls just out of the oven, then destined for the freezer for next weeks sausage & egg breakfasts..
