A slightly easier way of slipping ones loaf into the dutch oven..
Greaseproof baking paper cut to size with ears, and when the first 20 minutes or so is done, remove the lid, pull on one of the ears and its removed completely.
Super simple and easy.
Do excuse the state of the above loaf, I've just had delivered a bread lame and am still experimenting with it, and wishing I hadn't had so much to drink before using it!
Anyone got any spare blood knocking about? I'm about 2 pints down so far.
