Last loaf was for my daughter..
Made this French loaf today. 6hrs including bake.
Smells great. Hoping the extra proofing will tame the gluten and make it more digestible.
I've been reading up on this. Interestingly the French have a much lower gluten issue than us. As they mostly buy from a Baker and not the spongy supermarket stuff.

Made some flatbreads...so easy and quick..4 ingredients..plain flour, baking powder, salt and natural yoghurt...this bread mix also doubles up as excellent pizza bases...and nann breads...Just brushed these with garlic butter when they were still warm...very tasty...
