    Thanks. It's really soft and airy, especially still slightly warm.

    I forgot to slit it. Didn't seem to hurt it but it is an odd shape. TBH from the outside it's below average appearance wise. It just tastes fantastic.

    Tony try something similar. I used quite a bit of extra virgin too.

    About 750g of flour including starter, three hot red chillies (one more than in pic), 100g double Gloucester, two tablespoons extra V, 10g salt and the chilli flakes.
