    Stilton and bacon rolls. page 37.

    Dough is 78% hydration. It only takes about 10 seconds to score for the ear and do the wheat sheaf pattern.

    Diagonal cuts along the length. I'll post a pic of my next loaf before baking.

    Have baked a couple of cheese and jalapeno sourdough loaves.

    Tricky to get it correct, but worth the effort trying.
