    Monster loaf!
    Theres 1.4KG of flour, a full cup of toasted seeds, 80 grams of butter, a generous dollop of honey and 4 egg yolks in that beast.
    Knocking back and shaping it was fun..




    I always wrap in a tea towel (in this case 2) and leave overnight for a soft crust before slicing.

    I’ve had a few Globals, they are very good. Never had the bread knife though. Having said that, I love my Opinel bread knife. I figure them French know something about cutting bread...
