Dear,
Now that I'm here I will introduce myself. My name is Sascha and my favorite hobby is old analogue Hifi stuff. Let me start with my systems:
There are different rooms and different chains.
Upstairs my office with a self build EL34 SE amplifier and a self build Aikido tube pre-amp. Music comes from Amazon Alexa and a Yamaha CD player. Loudspeakers - Leak 2030 fully refurbished by me.
The living room is equipped with a Matisse Tube-Pre-Amp and a Pass A3 class A amplifier, both DIY sets. Music comes from Alexa and a Cambridge Audio CD player. Loudspeakers are Harbeth HL5LE, LE stands for limited edition means there are only 25 pairs out of them.
Downstairs is my music room. Here you can find Spendor BC1, SA2, Roger LS 3/5a, Dynaco A30Xl speakers.
Amplifiers are:
McIntosh 2255, McIntosh C28, 2 x Pass Aleph 4.0 Mono, 1 x Sansui tube Pre-Amp (DIY), Luxkit 505 pre-amp.
Phono-Pre and Pre-Pre:
Ear 834 (DIY), ML, Hiraga, Xono
Turntable (Phono): Luxman PD-441, Teac TN400, Sony PS 2410 with SME3009 Improved, Audiomods and Rega R200 arms, different cartridges like Ortofon Vera, Grado Signature, Grado Gold, Yamaha
CD-Player: Harman Kardon, Cambridge Audio
DAC: Music Fidelity M1 and Cambridge Audio
Apple McBook Air connected to DAC
I like different kind of music. All time favorite is Pink Floy and Davis Glimour. I’m not in classic music and not really in Jazz. I do love classic rock, singer and songwriter, progressive rock and everything in between. I love to refurbish old loudspeakers and their cabinets.
Hope this gives you a first impression of my interest. Beside music I love to ride my Harley Davidson.
Enjoy your easter.
Kind Regards
Sascha
