Generally, in my opinion supertweeters should roll in gently above say 18kHz and have a sensitivity near that of the main tweeter. One exception being speakers utilising Celestion HF1300 main tweeters, which cut off sharply at a bit over 13kHz, requiring the supertweeter to use a 'mirror image' slope going upwards..
