Just nudging 31C here.... It's as humid, close and sticky as fuck... Nasty, nasty horrible type of weather, and no good to man nor beast... I'd rather it was -10 outside!! Honestly.
Only way I'm able to stay cool, is by placing a hot-water bottle (filled with ice-cold water) on top of my bare chest and feet, with the rest of me 'bare', too!
