Yeah, must be affecting your breathing, mate... It's been fine here for the last few days, and I'm back to my usual sleep patterns
As long as it stays under 26/27c, max, I'm fine. TBH, I'm quite looking forward to the autumn. It's one of my favourite seasons, and also the lovely crisp mornings, when the sun is out but you can see your breath in the air - MY kinda weather, as it's so healthy!

Most of the rain and thunder has gone through the Devon/Cornwall borders, heading north. Heading towards Northern Ireland.
Getting hot again here, less wind today, Wednesday/Thursday could be high 20s again.
Will be glad when August is over.
