The Ortofon Royal GM II is an excellent cartridge - is there a reason why you want to change it, something you don't like about it?
Without knowing this and what the rest of your system is, as well as knowing your tastes in music, it is hard to offer advice.

Yes, the Royal GM II is very good. Since I am a beginner, I would like to try more cartridges in order to enjoy the real fun of playing vinyl. I am using Analog Domain Isis integrated amp. to drive a pair of Magico S1. Cables are Audience SX loom.
