They look plush. What era are they from - late 90s?

Shane Lonergan.
Hi Shane,
I believe they were made in around 1995 , not much info about them as according to electrocompaniet they were a “ hobby “ project ( their words ) apparently very few were made , they didn’t even release a manual for them , the stands are even rarer.

some serious woodworking going on there. I guess they are a 2 and a half way design?
Current Lash Up:
TEAC VRDS 701T > Sony TAE1000ESD > Krell KSA50S > JM Labs Focal Electra 926.
It is impossible for anything digital to sound analogue, because it isn't analogue!
Geoff, the mrs is hoping they’ll whoop the arse off my Tannoys and take their spot ( coz they’re so pretty )

'D'Appolito' just the configuration of the drive units also known as 'MTM' - mid - tweeter - mid, or the Mary Tyler Moore arrangement as I like to call it
Depends on whether the lower mid-bass unit just does bass below about 400hz or whether both mid-bass units output exactly the same signal. I'd guess at the first option but just wondered.
