BBQ is lit, and beautiful piece of 30-day aged ribeye (with lovely marbling on it) has been marinating in herbs and garlic since 9am, so will be enjoying that soon. Just preparing the wine now - not sure whether to go with a Rioja Gran Reserva or a Haut-Medoc... Decisions, decisions!!
