Default Need a HiFi Rack or maybe two

    Hi all.

I'm looking in to a new hifi rack but need to find something which has a larger width and depth than typical racks on the market.

Something which looks nice too would be best.

Does anyone know of a manufacturer which doesn't cost the earth. Some racks out there are, in my opinion way too over priced for what they are.

    Two racks would be best.

    Many thanks
    Jo

Atacama do some pretty good racks imo, which are sort of modular, and can be added to, giving some flexibility with shelf height. I have one, and I can tell you it's well built and very solid. They also do them in an A/V version which is the same but wider so you could have components side-by-side.
I just dropped in, to see what condition my condition was in

T/T: Inspire Monarch, X200 tonearm, Ortofon Quintet Blue. Phono: Project Tube Box CD: Marantz CD6006 (UK Edition); Amp: Musical Fidelity A5 Integrated.
Speakers: Zu Omen Def, REL T9i subwoofer. Cables: Atlas Equator interconnects, Atlas Hyper 3.0 speaker cables

    T'other system:
Echo Dot, Amptastic Mini One,Arcam A75 integrated, Celestion 5's, BK XLS-200 DF

    A/V:
LG 55" OLED, Panasonic Blu Ray, Sony a/v amp, MA Radius speakers, REL Storm sub

Forget the past, it's gone. And don't worry about the future, it doesn't exist. There is only NOW.

Another vote for Atacama. Bought a modern bamboo 2 tier one last year on ipay for around 150. Good dimensions ( large ) and splendid looking wood.
If you can pick one up second hand rather than new there s a massive saving normally. Good luck.

I have a redundant Atacama rack that I need to sell (I was waiting for the end of lockdown). It has three glass shelves with metal corner posts sort of like a glass version of the Evoque, all in good condition, mounted on spikes. Usable shelf space is around 370mm x 540mm. I've never been able to make images work on this site, but if you pm me your email address I'll send some if you're interested. Price is £40, buyer collects (from Weymouth).

PS sorry if this contravenes forum rules.

    Hi Dave.

Many thanks for the offer... I think I may be sorted now though.

    Cheers
