    Default SME V tonearm

For sale: SME V tonearm in excellent condition.

Sourced from Definitive Audio, I am the second owner of this arm, which I purchased on a SME turntable (since sold). I kept the arm to use on another project, but a change of plans now means it is up for sale.

What is has: silver Kondo internal wiring; goldprint lettering; instruction booklet and all accessories.
What it doesn't have: original cable; original box.

Selling for £1850 incl. UK delivery.

Very neutral and solid sounding tonearm.

    Hi Martin.

Yes, it'd certainly make the most of that cartridge's strengths, for sure.
Black arm on the Gyro might look a bit odd, though? Silver SME IV was the more usual choice.

Ah, they don't make them like this anymore ...

... well, not unless you buy the turntable, too

    Hi Mike.

Message hasn't come through ... I think there's something about having to have made a few posts before PMs work?
I think if you look at my profile, it might be possible to email me from there, if it's set up correctly?
Otherwise, if you're on the Wam, you can PM me there.

Personal Message facility kicks in after five posts.
It is impossible for anything digital to sound analogue, because it isn't analogue!
