    Sold it on.

    Sound is excellent to my ears, regardless of year.
    A lot better than all other cdps ive had or heard. Better balanced, analogue, depth, non fatiguing and just...excellent. Its reputation is warranted IMO and IME.

    It was Pioneer's statement CD player back in the day. Intended to compete with the absolute best from all the other Japanese brands. They pushed the boat right out.
