Nice, and that would be cool, but only for a few days, unless there was a town nearby where we could go and explore and mix with the locals/enjoy authentic local cuisine. As nice as beaches like that are, we'd get bored, especially Del, as she needs to visit places, see some culture/history and shops where I can buy her some new clothes (different from what she can get in the UK)!
That's why, unless we're going for a city break somewhere, we'll always take the car, so we can actually get to see some of the country we're visiting (rather than be stuck in a resort) - and that would also apply if/when we ever venture out with of Europe (we'd fly/drive then)

Right, no, they don't really have shops like that on Barbuda. There's a sort of general stores type place and that's about it. There's no hotels or anything like that either. There was a Four Seasons hotel for a while but it was destroyed in a hurricane and I don't think it ever re-opened.
