stayed fairly cool yesterday even tho it was warmest day of year here.. had a cross breeze from slightly ajar front and back doors and a fan pushing the fresh air at me... upstairs had a ceiling fan on all afternoon and at 3 overnight.. no sweating just stayed ok.. even got my stairlift serviced...

Good stuff, mate. I can't keep fans on all the time, as for me that makes things worse (blowing dust around, so you're breathing that in), same as air-con in the car, as the processed/artificial air fucks me up too (not healthy), so only use it in bursts.
The difference here is that for most of yesterday it was over 30C, and that's always a recipe for disaster for sleeping at night in our house.
