    I must say Buster seemed very unwell last year - hope he's ok
    Max Splodge was his usual self - brilliant

    I met Millie over fifty years ago, she was on the same bill as Laurel Aitken. RIP Millie.
    It is impossible for anything digital to sound analogue, because it isn't analogue!

    I know Buster (Doug) well. Not seen him for a while though, not since I last bumped into him in Tesco at Bulls Bridge. I also hope he's OK.

    I saw him late December - he did a much shortened set,didn't look or act his usual self, had a stand in perform 3 or 4 numbers mid set, hope it was just something mild

    Sad news - yet another performer from my childhood has passed away.

    Millie Small's success with 'My Boy Lollipop' put Jamaica on the map as regards popular music with ska, and later, reggae. She was given a hero's welcome when she returned home.
