    Default Counterpoint SA-3.1 Tube preamp

Having decided to go back to ss this little gem is up for grabs now. I was going to keep it in order to demo my monoblocks then realised I can use my Jolida as a preamp.

It’s in mint condition aside from one small nick to the top of one side.
It will come with 3 Tesla nos tubes ( 6922/e88cc ) and NOT the red top seen in the pictures.

I bought it from a friend who is incredibly particular about his Hifi , he told me that it had been serviced , I have absolutely no reason to disbelieve him , just look at the internals ! It works without fault.
When turning on or off you have to turn the operate/mute switch to mute until the red light turns green which is about 30 seconds .
It has its original U.K. outboard power supply .
    No manual
    No box
This won’t be getting posted so we’ll have to come to some arrangement then organise collection once life returns to normal.
    I’m in Milton Keynes.
Apparently the phonostage on these are amazing though I haven’t tried it as I don’t use vinyl anymore, I have a real crappy tt in the garage that I can test it on but like I said I trust the previous owner 100%.
I also now have some nice tubes that I’ll be selling 6922/e88cc

PHONOSTAGE HAS NOW TESTED and works perfectly.

    I’d like £600 please
    Pm if interested
Sorry but I can’t put myself through another courier collection service.
Established members only at this price.

    Wow - that's a steal! I can't believe you're selling it Andy.

Would buy it myself, but I have too much gear as it is.

    Good luck with the sale.

If I didn't have my VTL Deluxe, I'd be wanting this!
It is impossible for anything digital to sound analogue, because it isn't analogue!

Well I was going to buy a nice integrated once I’d sold this but maybe I should try an alternative power amp with this instead
