Default Humax Foxsat HDR tuner issue

Lesson learnt, never use non foam filled coax cable for external use....
It can lead to this: https://flic.kr/p/2iPVoV3

I need to replace the f type connectors on my tuner board.
Tuner 1 gives me about 30% signal strength, where tuner 2 is 100%. This does not change when I swap the cables.
Does anybody know where I can get a replacement 2 position f type connector (top right) from?

Failing that, I need to try and find a replacement tuner module.

Thanks, but unfortunately it is more sinister than just the F plugs. They measured fine, so it is l8,Ely to be a tiny surface mount component which is not at spec. I can’t find a tuner, or the circuit diagram, so have no choice but to scrap it.
