They don't have very large appetites, it's a case of little and often. When's the last time you saw an old dear tucking into a plate of food big enough to hide behind?

You eat less as you get older, My 10 year old eats 2 bags of groceries a day no joke! I get up have 2 cups of coffee or tea a digestive or a pop tart and I'm good till lunch. Big lunch ,light dinner.
Coffee and Tea are great dietetics, if you keep sugar and heavy starches down you can be very lazy and thin.
Same 10 year old is board but did 220 push ups yesterday medicine ball pop jacks, planks and pull ups.
He also did the agility ladder and speed hurdles. He is trying to stay in shape for fall baseball since spring is canceled. Older people don't need so many calories.
