    Thanks for the replies. I have contacted Paul and he did reply to say he is very busy at the moment but I have emailed him back to ask what the options are.

    Will give the firm in Wembley a ring too. Wherever they go I will take them there myself. Don't want to risk sending then via courier.

    I wasn't on about the courier damaging them, more Wembley damaging them. When my B110 eventually came back (took a looong time). They had replaced the paper dust cap with a porous, fabric dust cap and it whistled at certain frequencies. I sealed the dustcap with varnish but it still didn't sound the same as the other driver.

    Someone over at pinkfishmedia had a driver repaired by Wembley that came back looking as rough as hell.
