    Default Posting kit

As I'm shut in for 12 weeks and not even allowed to go shopping I was wondering if people were still posting items of kit. I saw a turntable I wanted in Russia but as it is now I won't add to the burden of all that would be involved in getting it here so I've contacted the seller explaining the situation and my concerns. Are you all still posting stuff

one still has to get food and pay the bills so as long as one keeps within government guidelines i think one can still post
ou might slip, you might slide, you might
Stumble and fall by the road side
But don't you ever let nobody drag your spirit down
Remember you're walking up to heaven

Don't let nobody turn you around
… Walk with the rich, walk with the poor
Learn from everyone, that's what life is for
And don't you let nobody drag your spirit down

I suppose the best way is for the courier to collect.

POstal deliveries still O.K., and parcel vans still appear here.

...but should we be asking a courier to make what is in reality 'a non-essential' trip?

...and as the virus has a 72 hour shelf life on hard surfaces is this another method of travel for the virus to get around?

...just my take on the situation....

....stay safe, enjoy the music while we can, swop kit later!

That's an assumption, but not definitive.
It is impossible for anything digital to sound analogue, because it isn't analogue!

Surely if the virus could live on parcels all delivery's would have been stopped.

I wouldn't make that assumption at all. Currently, anything delivered here is being quarantined for a couple of weeks.

Why not? There’d be absolutely no purpose in social distancing, isolation and semi-lockdown if the virus could be spread on mail.
