    Don't like coloured vinyl/picture discs, never sound right to me for some reason

    Agree - picture discs are junk-I think I only have one ,never play it

    For collectors only imho.. Totally dont do coloured vinyl. Dont do any vinyl now after this afternoons outburst

    Coloured vinyl has no place in my collection, apart from black of course. Vinyl (polyvinyl chloride) is colourless. To make it black, 'carbon black' powder is added to melted PVC. This has the benefit of making it easy to cue the record, but more importantly the carbon powder helps reduce static.
