Me too - since my high cholesterol result, I have got in to the habit of having porridge with skimmed milk (walnut and pecan nut pieces with a few goji berries) most mornings.
I hope the soluble fibre has done its job - although I won't be able to have a retest for some time!
I tried several brands of porridge and prefer "Kavanagh's" - smooth, creamy, and consistent between batches imo.
