Coronavirus infections in the UK continue to fall, with one in 60 people now affected, according to the latest estimates from the Office for National Statistics (ONS).

In the week to 21 May, infections fell in England, Wales and Northern Ireland, but changed little in Scotland.

That means around one million people have the virus, which is similar to Covid levels at the start of December.

This time last year infections were also at a comparatively low rate, then started sneaking up into July, peaking at around 275,000 daily new cases over Christmas and the new year. I expect we'll see another rise of some sort, but nothing like as extreme this time.

This time last year we were in lockdown though whereas now nothing appears to be any different to pre-covid days, except those plastic screens are still up in the shops and banks and you occasionally see someone wearing a mask (often whilst on their own and driving in a car).
    Current Lash Up:

    TEAC VRDS 701T > Sony TAE1000ESD > Krell KSA50S > JM Labs Focal Electra 926.

it can hang in air for a while especially in car. once your on own drive for a few mins with 2 windows open and itll be clear bar surfaces they have touched. a sanitary wipe will solve that.

I see people wearing masks. They usually fall into one of two groups: the elderly, and Asians; the latter of whom are culturally used to wearing masks if they have a cold etc., out of courtesy to those around them.
