Indeed! However, it also showed Sturgeon's true colours, which certainly weren't those of a libertarian, or indeed someone I'd want to lead Scotland into independence!

no i didnt. and i dont think its relevant to a point that his speech may not toe the party line but what i read in the outline wasnt that far fron a possible truth. we do have to be careful as too much nonsense is being spouted by anti vaxers(and im not including you there) . the country has to set standards as well as live by them or why should anyone bother with any of it. this is uk, not russia. people have a right to oppose things, just not the right to spout lies; that goes for all in a democratic country.

We're largely in agreement, but in terms of the bit highlighted, why not watch the video - what have you got to lose? You may end up being better informed.

And also, the point he makes on being vaccinated, and in reality how effectively it stops transmission of the virus to others, is well made and entirely factual, making these passports, other than a means to impose government control, a nonsense!

Not "greatly" at all, he claims as little as 50%. The problem is, all sorts of figures are being bandied about, in that respect, which are claimed as being accurate, when the fact is no-one really knows what the actual figure is, as it's impossible to predict! How can you accurately predict something that has so many variables?

But of course, that hasn't stopped them from inventing some that suits their agenda...

The main point though, is that the government's drive to introduce vaccine passports has MUCH more to do with imposing control that adversely affects our civil liberties, than on protecting public health!

And that's why their introduction must to be challenged and defeated, before their use becomes more widespread, which should be the mantra of any right-thinking person who values freedom and democracy and abhors dictatorships.
