I didn't find the specific data I was looking for as it happens, it doesn't seem to exist.
I think there is always a temptation to think we are living in Star Trek where you just have to ask the computer 'What percentage of?.. etc' and it just tells you.
In reality all of this data is is just estimates, best guesses or pulled out of the ass. In some cases it may be close to the reality but it's impossible to know for sure. Doesn't stop people bandying it about as though it was absolute fact though.
